Our stay in this duplex at The Palms was exceptional. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with all the facilities we needed. The location was great and we had plenty of pools and sun beds available, often having the pool to ourselves. Arrival and departure were very easy, with lots of information provided beforehand. The owner, Neil, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

The general areas of the hotel were always clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from the large balcony, where I could sit and admire the swimming pools and the entire complex. The hotel also had great accessibility for senior people, with gentle slopes and handrails that made getting around a breeze. the ambiance and accessibility of the hotel were ideal for someone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

If I had to ask for one thing to improve the vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the staff working there to be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests. Sometimes, I felt that the children working there were a bit preoccupied or not as helpful as I would have liked.

The noise from the flight path passing directly overhead can be quite frequent and may disturb light sleepers or families with children.

Only downside was the constant noise from the nearby airport. Flights were frequent from early morning until late at night, which was a bit annoying.

The bedroom at The Palms Golf Del Sur was cozy and comfortable, with a king bed and one single bed. I loved the ceiling fan that kept the room cool and the bedside tables were convenient. The fitted dressing table and wardrobes were a nice touch too.

I personally wasn't a fan of the walkways lined with trees and shrubbery, but others might enjoy it.
